Customer service is something that I place a huge value on in all of my own dealings — whether that’s at the hairdresser’s, a restaurant, a mobile phone company, or any business in general. I want to make sure that my clients can expect, and will receive, the same level of service that I look for myself.
Having spent much of the last month setting up the office and dealing with various service providers, I’ve been reminded how small details can make a big difference in how companies treat their customers or potential customers. Simple things like:
- Calling a person back when you say you will
- Responding promptly to a request for information
- And the easiest of all — smiling!
